11th Street Bar - 11th Street Bar is a handsome establishment with a solid selection of beers and liquors. This Irish pub in the East Village is a calm and reserved place during the afternoons except on St. Patrick's Day and during certain sporting events. And at night, the crowd gets younger and more boisterous and there's always ample seating in the large back room accompanied by an assortment of party snacks atop the bar. Unmarked except for a glowing Guinness Beer sign in the window, 11th Street Bar has an indifferent, Old New York sense of confidence: perfect for some, dull for others.
