A higher-output version of the familiar Duratec 30 3.0-liter V6 engine employs intake variable cam timing (VCT) to make extra power, and a six-speed automatic transmission drives the front wheels. Sometime after the 2006 Lincoln Zephyr's launch, all-wheel-drive will be available.
