Grammy Award winner Kathy Matteas spectacular career has seen success in many genres since her 1983 debut. With her start in country music, she created massive hits including Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses and Goin Gone earning a huge reputation as a strong singer and songwriter. Her music continues to evolve, though, as she incorporated folk with Willow in the Wind, Celtic with Roses and now bluegrass in her 2008 release COAL.
