If your special needs for your home are small details, this may well be the best way to go in your house plan search. The process is simple: just look for a house plan you like – we’ll discuss how to find those in a moment – pick one, and move on to the next stage. In that regard, it’s much like driving around to find a home, except that you have a far wider selection, can do it from home, can customize your final choice, and you end up with a brand new home instead of one worn by previous owners.
