This is a great place to start, especially as small changes can be then implemented relatively easily. If your special needs for your home are small details, this may well be the best way to go in your house plan search. The process is simple: just look for a house plan you like – we’ll discuss how to find those in a moment – pick one, and move on to the next stage. In that regard, it’s much like driving around to find a home, except that you have a far wider selection, can do it from home, can customize your final choice, and you end up with a brand new home instead of one worn by previous owners.
