You could then send a copy of the approximate cost and details of the event to the guests, to see how many would be willing and able to attend the event - after all, there is no point in organizing a big stag weekend and then finding that none of the guests can attend.

The typical image of a crazy, alcohol filled evening around Indiana can be shattered, if your bachelor doesn't drink alcohol.
