Bill Cohen guides a year-by-year trip through the turbulent sixties decade with live folk songs, "news reports" of civil rights protests and anti-war demonstrations, displays of sixties political buttons and anti-war posters, far-out sixties fashions, and a 1960's trivia quiz, complete with prizes. Songs made famous by folks like Bob Dylan, Tom Paxton, Phil Ochs, Joni Mitchell, and P P and M will bring back a flood of bittersweet memories. The setting --- an old church basement bathed in candlelight -- recreates an authentic 1960's coffeehouse. Free refreshments -- teas, hot chocolate, cookies and doughnuts -- will even include an authentic sixties coffeehouse mainstay --- instant coffee!
