Do not have it set in your mind that you are better than your workers, or your boss for that matter. We all come from different circumstances, having respect for one another will give you a common ground and make the work place a must more enjoyable experience.

Keep in mind that this position could have been given to anyone else. The fact that you are overqualified, does not give your permission to take this job for granted.
