The bosses and CEOs are usually responsible for the main running of the business – from looking at advertising to ordering products, and from keeping the books to writing the paychecks. Therefore, the business coach for the executives will look at these matters. There will probably be different methods of doing things that they will suggest to the bosses and CEOs. A good boss or CEO will take their suggestions and try them. If something works better, the boss or CEO will implement that system.

Bosses and CEOs are also in charge of hiring employees, working with those employees, and also firing those employees.
