It is our intent to offer teachings and experiences that re-vitalize and inspire individuals to deepen and claim their true potential and vision for living a happier, healthier and fulfilling life.The six day, five night program, includes accommodations at the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa, daily breakfasts, nearly all lunches and dinners, guided inspirational hikes, an ancient ruin tour, transportation to and from hikes, daily meditations and mind/body practices.
