First of all let us tell you what HealthCare Connection of Tampa is not. We are not a quick fix, one-size-fits-all, 28-day drug and alcohol addictions recovery program.
The recovery program you enter at HealthCare Connection is built around you, your needs, your specific addictions and the reasons that led to the addictive behavior that brought you to us in the first place.
Over the years we’ve worked with clients with a single addiction or multiple chemical dependencies and have had success treating a range of addictions including alcohol, narcotics, painkillers, cocaine, heroin and many other habit-forming drugs. We’ve also had great success with clients who have secondary issues and co-disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual addiction, and bipolar disorder.
We’ve built a national reputation for providing successful care for professionals with specific programs designed for attorneys, physicians and other healthcare professionals including pharmacists.
Additionally we have programs that deal with the issues faced by women and young adults.

Founded in 1951, The Joint Commission is the nation's oldest, largest, and most recognized accrediting body in healthcare. Most all hospitals seek accreditation by The Joint Commission. Depending on the type of direct patient/consumer services offered, the actual standards vary. The Centre's specialty clinical area for The Joint Commission is Behavioral Health, which includes our substance abuse and mental health services. However, The Commission's non-clinical standards, such as those for life safety, performance improvement, leadership, etc. are the same for all accredited organizations.

LOGO: The Joint Commission - National Quality ApprovalAlways focused on providing quality services, The Centre pursued accreditation as a means to further improve and enhance our performance by modeling after national standards developed by the "experts". In addition, being Joint Commission accredited publicly demonstrates our commitment to safe and high quality care. Accreditation surveyors audit the actual delivery of direct consumer services and the overall operation of the organization. They also provide education and guidance for Centre staff during their audit visits. Once accredited, an organization must undergo a rigorous on-site survey every three years to retain their status.

The Centre was initially accredited in 2002 and has retained that status since that time.

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
