The accommodations in a Comfort Inn are always comfortable, quiet, and clean. Rooms will have one to two beds, and will generally fit a roll-out sofa upon request if you have extra people. Housekeeping makes their rounds each day to clean the rooms, make the beds, take out the trash, and replace any items that have been used. Rooms also come with a phone, phone book, and often menus for nearby take-out. Air conditioning is available in the warmer months, as well as heating units during the colder months. The bathrooms in Comfort Inns are clean, with tub showers and sinks, and can also be requested with handicapped stalls.

Almost all Comfort Inns offer a continental breakfast. They are included in the price of your room, so you never have to pay extra for it. Most continental breakfasts are offered early, around 6 am, which is convenient when travelling early and need to be up and on the go. Most of the breakfasts run for a few hours, and can usually be utilized until 9 or even 10 in the morning. Breakfasts vary at the Comfort Inn. Drinks are always offered, coffee in regular and decaf, an assortment of juices, milk, and ice water. Anything from waffles, pancakes, toast can be made on your own. Cereals and muffins may also be an option and the cereal almost always comes in a single serve bowl for your ease and convenience.

Most Comfort Inns also offer a small dining room with a few tables and chairs to relax and enjoy your breakfast at. Many also have a TV in the room, so you can always tune into the local news or weather station while you eat your breakfast. You always have the option to take your food back to your room if you want, or take it on the go. Many vending machines are available for use within the dining areas, and usually through-out the hotel itself.
