It is time to bring all the pieces together. Through the guidance provided in sessions I, II and III, and the information and feedback provided to each participant between sessions, your Business Contingency Plan will almost be complete as you enter session IV. In this session you will gain an understanding of the "cycle of planning" required to keep your Business Contingency Plan accurate and up to date. Testing and monitoring of your plan is essential. Through the understanding and use of structured walk-through tests, checklist tests, tabletop exercises and full-scale simulation testing, you will learn how to make sure your plan always reflects your current business realities. This session will allow participants to gain feedback on the progress of their plan and celebrate the results of their efforts over the preceding year. At the end of this session you will have completed a comprehensive Business Contingency Plan addressing four key elements - risk identification, crisis response, business recovery and plan monitoring. This session is ideal for president's, CEO's, CFO's, COO's, Operational and Facility Managers and IT Managers and all those who have a roll in the plan.
