Determine the Recipient: Choosing the right promotional gift depends a lot on the recipient. An employee should not be given the same kind of gift as given to customers. Don’t Exceed the Budget: Now that the objective and the recipients are determined, the next thing is budget allocation. Plan your corporate gifts in such a way that they meet the objective and the budget. One should not compromise with the quality of the gift since corporate gifts are double edged swords. A poor quality gift can render harm to the reputation of the company. Make an extensive search of the companies who are engaged in the business of promotional products and have a wide variety of gifts to offer.

Corporate gifting is an art. It works both ways, and hence, one needs to be very careful about the selection of corporate gifts.
