Plastic surgery includes both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. It could be loose hanging flesh all over the body or it could be just one body part; so it could take 1-4 hours or even longer. Nose augmentation or rhinoplasty takes about an hour as compared to a nose reduction which could take 1-2 hours.
