Your market cares about what’s in it for them.

    The important reason to define your marketing message is this: It becomes your business mantra. Most people and businesses don’t know it, but marketing is the single most important part of your business. Without marketing, there are NO sales. Your business doesn’t breathe and it dies. Having and knowing your clear marketing message defines your goal each and every day. It’s something you and your business live by.

  2. Use the inherent leverage in your customer base. Happy satisfied customers are your most powerful sales force. So ask them for a testimonial whenever possible. If you work from leads, ask them for referrals. The most successful million dollar annual income salespeople use referrals as a large part of their marketing efforts.
