Enterprise is the largest rental car company in the US and particularly specializes in renting to people who need a temporary replacement car or a vehicle for a special occasion. Enterprise will rent to all qualifying individuals over 18 years of age, typically without an additional fee for replacement rentals. Most locations charge an underage fee for retail renters.
