Inspirational Journeys: Moving into Life, is an innovative hike and talk therapeutic program that offers a way for individuals to reconnect, reclaim and renew, from within, in relationship with others, and with the natural world.It is a refreshing personal growth opportunity, combining inspirational hikes in the desert mountains and river canyons, with mind/body practices, meditation, self healing techniques, play, poetry and facilitated therapeutic dialogue. It is our intent to offer teachings and experiences that re-vitalize and inspire individuals to deepen and claim their true potential and vision for living a happier, healthier and fulfilling life.The six day, five night program, includes accommodations at the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa, daily breakfasts, nearly all lunches and dinners, guided inspirational hikes, an ancient ruin tour, transportation to and from hikes, daily meditations and mind/body practices. We are offering this program at a one-time reduced rate of $1695.
