After that is settled, you may start assigning a grid space for each of the elements of your design. Make the adjustments as needed. It is also easier to use graphic design programs to construct the grids. You can shift each grid element until you reach your final decision. When you have established what type of grid system you will use, it will be up to you to decide whether you will confine yourself to the grid or create overlaps to make your design more interesting. Although grids might be construed as limiting, it is not. You just need to be more creative about it to create interesting patterns and page designs. Adopting a grid system to organize your work makes it easier for you to see if your design concept will work or not but without the
need of putting in the detail. As a creative designer, you must have all the leeway to produce the most interesting combination of lines, texts and images.
