www.sarmtraining.comHello:
I am a retired USAF LTC with a Doctorate Degree in Education. I have over 10,000 hours of flying time in both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, and 30+ years of ISD and Technical Documentation experience for DOD and commercial clients.
I am now an independent consultant, developing training materials to client specifications, telecommuting from my office in San Antonio, TX.
I have developed a proprietary task-level Situational Awareness and Resource Management (SARM) metacognitive skill training addition for any hands-on task in a client’s training curriculum. SARM data are generated from Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, or detailed lecture outlines. This SARM training addition includes:
• Development of hardcopy SARM training segments, entitled “What could Go Wrong and What to Do About It when performing Task x.x.x” for each x.x.x. level hands-on task in your existing Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, or detailed training lecture outlines.
• Development of SARM training segments in a storyboard format for client-developed CBT training. The client can use any desired authoring language to develop CBT.
• Development of SARM training segments in PowerPoint Presentation format for classroom CAI instruction.
The Federal Aviation Agency requires SARM training for their aircrew Advanced Qualification Program. Task-level SARM Training will significantly increase your employee safety and efficiency in job task performance.
Please visit my web site at www.sarmtraining.com to see how SARM Training is developed. I telecommute with clients from my office in San Antonio and maintain a constant virtual interface with designated client SME’s to ensure meeting of client requirements.
As an independent contractor, I will be responsible for all taxes. I do not require any benefits. My contract compensation is $25.00 per hour, $1,000 per week on a full time basis. Depending on hands-on task complexity, a minimum of one task per month will have a SARM hardcopy, storyboard, and PowerPoint version developed.
