This summer experience trees as you never have before, during 4 extraordinary Yoga classes, Sunday Mornings from 8.30 - 10am at Morris Arboretum's thrilling new Out on a Limb, Tree Adventure exhibit.Philadelphia's renowned and inspired yoga instructor Jennifer Schelter, Founder of Yoga Schelter and not-for-profit Yoga Unites, leads the class In asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing), insight meditation and relaxation. Be part of this incredible celebration of Tree Adventure, trees, body, mind and spirit.Yoga Class will be held 50 feet up in the trees, under the canopy of leaves and sky. Participants will feel transported to a space of peace, flight and adventure as they share in the sacred and transformational joy of Out on a Limb and the beauty of the human body in breath, movement and meditation.Because of limited space, class is limited to the first 30 arrivals. There is no pre-registration; sign in upon arrival at the Widener Visitors Center. Rain will result in cancellation. The cost is $25 for non-members and $20 for Arboretum members.
