Steps
- Purchase a highlight kit from any local store such as Food Lion or Kerr Drug.
- You can use any hairline product that offers highlights, but I personally use L'Oreal Frost & Design Pull Through Cap Highlight Kit.
- Your hair has to be brushed with no knots and dry. Place cap on and tie in a bow around your chin.
- The cap will have holes all around it. Circles will be placed around every other hole and that is the one you pull your hair through.
- You do not have to pull your hair through the whole cap, it just depends on how much of your hair you want highlighted.
- Put more highlights in the front, usually around the bangs.
- After hair is pulled through cap make sure to brush through it. Mix your cream and powders then place onto your hair.
- Put a clear cap over your hair and let it sit for no more than twenty minutes. The longer it sits, the blonder your hair will be.
- Rinse your hair out with the cream that comes with the kit. Then wash the rest of your hair with your shampoo can conditioner.
- Blow dry and style your hair any way you want.
- Highlight your hair again between six and eight weeks later but only touching up your

- Be sure to rinse all cream out of your hair.
- Pick a kit that matches your hair. If your hair is dark brown, do not get a Blonde Kit. You may use a Red or Carmel Color.
Warnings
- Do not leave on your hair longer than twenty minutes.
- Do not redo in less than six weeks.
