Remove uwanted running programs

For Windows users, you may check your Task Manager by holding CTRL + ALT + DEL and look at the programs running. Most of the process names are self-explanatory so you'll be able to know what specific application uses it. If the process name is somewhat unclear, you may research the process name at your favorite search engine and it will gladly return application that uses it in its result page.
