Understand that it is your right to have your own feelings. You have a right to be angry at somebody you love.
Follow your own value system-it is your human right. You have the right to be respected and be allowed to make mistakes. You have the right not to be perfect.
Protect yourself from people who humiliate, hurt or insult you. It is your human right to do so.
Allow yourself to trust others who earn it.
Respect your right to have privacy. Insist other people follow your rules. You have a right to protect your own body and take care of yourself. You have a right to defend yourself.
Believe with all your heart that you have the right to choose who to love.

Tips

If a person does something that is unforgivable. It is your right to not trust them again.
You have the right to new experiences as long as you or no one else gets hurt.
