- Remove all power outlets like battery and a/c current before working on it.
- Discharge all static electricity by touching on a grounded metal or using an anti-static wristband.
- Open your computer ram slot with a screwdriver, normally located below your laptop, or below your keyboard.(Please check your user manual if unsure).
- Insert the ram module into the computer.
- Close the ram slot.
- Boot-up your computer.
- Go to Control panel -> System -> General tab to check if your computer has been successfully upgraded.
