ballet tech cincinnati performs at The Carnegie Otto M. Budig Theater The Emerald City, an innovative twist on the L. Frank Baum stories about Dorothy, The Scarecrow, The Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion, The Wizard, Good and Evil Witches and their cohorts, and the People in the Land of Oz, with a lively variety of music, original choreography, pre-professional dance students, professional and community dancers from 5-60+ years in age. The show features ballet tech cincinnati's first foray into multimedia, colorful sets and costumes in the production that integrates many concepts of the L. Frank Baum stories and the popular shows, The Wizard of Oz, The Wiz and Wicked, into a fun, fantastic journey to The Emerald City of Oz. Enthusiastic audiences said, "Oh it was Amazing!", "I really felt like I was in the Emerald City!", "I love the diversity in the cast", "The music is the bomb!" "Colors are very vibrant."

We've got a new singer, new drummer, new songs, and new sound - but the same old blues soul and down-home cajun fun that you've come to expect from The Puppet! UPBEAT DANCEABLE BLUES, CAJUN CLASSICS, AND ROADHOUSE HITS! COME ON DOWN AND GET READY TO BOOGIE WOOGIE! Tim Tiernan, of Leadfoot Johnny fame, has joined us on lead vocals. If you haven't heard Tim, be sure to check him and LFJ out soon! And Greg Roberts makes his debut with VP on the skins. Greg's a seasoned player that's been around town in many different groups for many years.
