You need the following ingredients and tools to cook a tasty mantu, the traditional Afghan dish, at your home.

Ingredients
1 cup white floor
2 cups plain flour (maida)
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt as preferred
1 1/2 tablespoons rice flour
Ground beef (one pound)
Ground pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander and dried mint as per taste
5 cups fresh yogurt
2 chopped onions

Onion is optional (some people like to add onions while others don't). Add one cup of water (or as much water as you think can cook the meat) and cook it on medium heat for 25-30 minutes (when you see that meat is cooked and the water has been absorbed by the meat). Put aside to cool....
