His particular expertise is designing strategic and realistic compensation programs for executives (cash and equity, short and long-term) as well as for domestic, international, and expatriate needs. His experience is with all levels of domestic and international management within an organization and with Compensation and Governance Committee members of the Board of Directors. His consulting experiences include nine years of broad compensation consulting experience and for 13 years, he was Director of Corporate Compensation for Pitney Bowes Inc., managing the compensation programs of this $4 billion company with 32,000 employees. Prior to that, he was manager of compensation for Pitney Bowes¡¯s U.S. Business Systems division for four years.
