Do you have certification for plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery that you can show proof of?
Where is the procedure performed?
Have you achieved any special recognition or honors in the field of cosmetic or plastic surgery?
Would you classify yourself as a perfectionist?
Have any patients asked you to redo work that you have already performed?
How many malpractice suits have been raised against you over the entire course of your career?
Has your ability to practice medicine ever been suspended or revoked? If so, what were the circumstances surrounding these events?
