Panelists include Rebecca Ehle from Silhouette Eye Studio and Party Warehouse President Jerry Sykes. Ted Potrikus, vice president and director of government relations for the Retail Council of New York State, will also provide his insights of the retail environment heading into the busiest time of the year. Joseph Millett, general manager of Colonie Center, will give an update on happenings at the mall which recently had an ownership change.
