Under Dail leadership, Aon Consulting has gone from negative organic growth and industry trailing margins to organic growth in-line with peers and industry leading margins. These efforts have resulted in Aon Consulting being named Best Employee Benefits Consulting firm by the readers of Business Insurance from 2006-2008.In addition, Dail was integral to the acquisition of reinsurance broker Benfield and is driving the integration of Aon Benfield as COO for the combined group.Dail is a former principal with the management consultancy McKinsey and Company.
