Sometimes you'll have to use a bit of imagination to find the perfect theme. Choose the main colors you'll be using for the decorations once the theme is decided.
- Budget - Before you start pricing individual items or services, decide what your budget for the entire party will be. Then you'll be able to figure out how much money to assign to each of the different aspects of the planning.
- Number of Guests - Several factors will come into consideration when deciding on how many guests to invite. Budget, space, location, and the type of party you're having will all influence the final head count. You'll also need to know how many people will be in attendance you can plan things like seating, amount of food and drink you'll need, and parking.
