If you use a cellular phone which has a scheduler, tasks section, etc, it is definitely advisable to choose the software that is most compatible with your phone. This way, you can record information in various sections of the personal organizer either on their phone or on the computer; enable synchronization between both devices and you would not miss out on any appointment or schedule.
STEP 3:
Optimal use of Personal Organizer. Your choice of personal organizer should be decided based on your comfort levels using any or all of them; make sure not to have more than 2 organizers, else you will end up spending extra time in copying data between the organizers, which does defeat the purpose! If using electronic, computer or phone-based organizers it is certainly helpful to backup data periodically. The bells and chimes in these organizers will help you stay organized and not miss any commitment or deadline.Irrespective of the type of organizer, try not to record sensitive data such as ATM-PIN numbers, bank account details or similar confidential information. However, certain personal information such as your name, address and telephone numbers must be recorded to help identify you in event of an emergency.
