2001 Chrysler Sebring Sedan

The Sebring sedan looks longer and sleeker than the Cirrus because it is. A total of five inches of overall length have been added to accommodate styling cues adopted from the Concorde, such as the wide oval egg-crate grille. There are two trim levels, the base LX packed with standard features and the fully equipped Lxi.

2002 Chrysler 300M Review

The perpetual whirlwind of "new and improved" is blowing entry-luxury sedans toward rear-wheel-drive propulsion systems faster than you can say "snow tires." That's a pity because front-drive layouts boast so many intrinsic attributes.

2006 Chrysler 300C SRT8

When Chrysler brought out their new generation of 300 cars in 2005, they took some flack from purists. Some keepers of the Mopar flame grumbled about the use of "Letter Car" status for the new model. A brief history lesson: The first 300s were built between 1955 and 1971. All 300s produced between 1955 and 61, and some built between 1962 and 65, were "Letter Cars."

Chrysler 300

Smooth, quiet operation, tight handling, space, luxury: The Chrysler 300 sedan has it all, at attractive prices. Yet what the 300 has more than anything is bold, appealing styling.

Chrysler 300

Looking at the 2008 Chrysler 300, it's easy to say that this car is one of the best things to come out of the troubled Mercedes-Benz/Chrysler relationship. Introduced in 2005, the Chrysler 300 reintroduced Americans to a domestically built, full-size, rear-wheel-drive sedan.

Chrysler 300

The Chrysler 300 is a V6 engine and is considered a luxury vehicle. To learn more about this type of car, read the following article.

Chrysler 300C Touring AWD

All-wheel drive was a good safety measure, as our hotel—about an hour from the auto show—was perched high in the Alps, and we didn't want to get trapped in any Man vs. Wild snowstorms. Of course, that meant it was harder to use oversteer as a handling aid on the tight mountain switchbacks, but the security was welcome and the all-wheel drive possibly saved our lives when we chased a sunset halfway up a muddy mountain two-track.

Chrysler Aspen

The Chrysler Aspen rewards the driver with hearty mechanical sounds from the engine compartment, prompt throttle response, solid gear shifts and thoroughly competent brakes.

Chrysler Aspen

The Chrysler Aspen looks like a lot of other full-size SUVs, but we found it attracted admiring looks and inquiries. Chrysler styling cues set the Aspen apart from the Dodge Durango. The Hybrid attracts even more attention as people notice the badges; they also notice the absence of engine noise in certain situations such as when leaving a restaurant parking lot.

Chrysler Aspen

The 2008 Chrysler Aspen is a full-size sport-utility vehicle based on the Dodge Durango, offering three-row seating and seven-passenger capability, with both rear- and all-wheel-drive variants available.

Chrysler Aspen Hybrid

Chrysler released its first truck-type, body-on-frame sport utility vehicle (SUV) in mid-2006 as a 2007 model. Basically an upscale version of the Dodge Durango, the Aspen is sized between midsize SUVs, such as the Lexus GX 470 and Saab 9-7X, and full-size SUVs, like the GMC Yukon Denali and Lincoln Navigator.

Chrysler Aspen Limited

Notably absent in the press kit for the new 2007 Chrysler Aspen is any reference to the first Mopar vehicle to don its name: a boxy, midsize Dodge sedan so hideous it lasted but a single generation, between 1976 and 1980.

Chrysler Concepts

Concept cars are the celebrity set of the automotive world.

Chrysler Crossfire

The 2008 Chrysler Crossfire coupe and roadster are the last of their breed: A rebodied version of the last-generation Mercedes-Benz SLK, the Crossfire has already been dumped from the Chrysler lineup due to slow sales.

Chrysler Imperial Concept First Drive

Chrysler Imperial Concept - First Drive: Chrysler took a huge gamble with the redesigned 300 sedan, proving in the end that consumers will pay a premium for an American car when the product is exactly right.

Chrysler Pacifica

The Chrysler Pacifica pioneered the large crossover segment among American car companies -- but it's getting the axe after the 2008 model year.

Chrysler Pacifica

The Chrysler Pacifica is a versatile vehicle. It accelerates quickly with its powerful 3.5-liter V6 and it corners reasonably well, which makes it enjoyable to drive. Upper-level models are luxurious and practical, while the more basic five-passenger model offers a good value.

Chrysler PT Cruiser

TheCarConnection.com's car experts read a wide variety of road tests to write this consensus review of the 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Experts from TheCarConnection.com have driven the Chrysler PT Cru.

Chrysler PT Cruiser

The Chrysler PT Cruiser, a retro-styled 4-door wagon with a hatchback and removable rear seats, rolled onto the scene in 2001. Basically unchanged since its debut, a convertible 2-door model joined the lineup in 2005 and the model received a significant facelift inside and out for 2006.

Chrysler PT Cruiser

The 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser features its first significant facelift in six years. Inside and out, the new look is best described as more modern, but not so much so as to spoil the PT's toy-hot-rod fun. Chrysler PT Cruiser combines the retro look of late-'30s American iron with modern performance, efficiency and features. It doesn't fit within existing automotive marketing segments.

Chrysler PT Cruiser

The PT Cruiser is fun to drive, but it's not a sports car. In essence, it's a tall, practical economy car that goes relatively quickly. The standard engine is rated 150 horsepower and 165 pound-feet of torque, enough to propel the Cruiser from 0 to 60 mph in about 8.5 seconds and down the quarter-mile drag strip in about 16.7 seconds.

Chrysler Sebring

The mid-size 2008 Chrysler Sebring is an interesting choice for shoppers who like its creased and decorated body, but for TheCarConnection.com's editors, the unorthodox styling, the mediocre engine performance on mainstream editions, and the quality of its interior materials put it below the Honda Civic, the Toyota Corolla, and other larger sedans like the Ford Fusion.

Chrysler Sebring

At first glance, the 2008 Chrysler Sebring sedan and convertible are stylistic twins. Closer inspection reveals the convertible has only two doors versus the sedan's four. It also has a shortened coupe-like greenhouse, and is 3.2 inches longer overall.

Chrysler Sebring Convertible

The new 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible improves in every way on the 2006 model it replaces. In looks, performance, features and most significantly, in offering a retractable hard top, it challenges the competition for most interesting in class, if nothing else. A sports car it is not. Nor is it truly a family car, if that family includes children. But for fun in the sun without unduly compromising creature comforts, accommodations or the bank account, it's hard to beat.

NewCarTestDrive.com correspondent Tom Lankard filed this report from Santa Monica, California.

Chrysler Sebring Convertible

Now, after a brief drive of the all-new 2008 Sebring convertible, which, for better or worse, falls in line with the unattractive redesigned 2007 Chrysler Sebring sedan, we find that in spite of offering more technology, more engine choices, and, for the first time, an optional retractable hardtop, the new Sebring lacks even the sort of charisma that made the first Sebring so popular in the first place.

Chrysler Sebring Convertible

The 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible replaces one of the best-selling ragtops in America, and this time around it's offered in three different versions: hard, soft, and vinyl top. Even with that choice, there's no getting around the 2008 Sebring Convertible's mediocre performance and cheap, plasticky interior.

Chrysler Sebring Limited

A four-cylinder Chrysler Sebring finished last in our six-car February 2007 comparison of family sedans ["Familial Four-Doors"], mostly because of its weak driving dynamics and horsepower shortage.

Chrysler Town

Chrysler has redesigned the Town & Country minivan for 2008. In addition to the popular Stow 'n Go seating arrangement, the new Town & Country offers Swivel 'n Go, which includes second-row seats that rotate 180 degrees to face a removable table that stores in the floor.

Chrysler Town & Country

Chrysler Town & Country minivan is the company's fifth-generation people mover and easily the company's best-ever segment effort. Frankly, minivans may be the most practical way to transport lots of people and/or cargo.
