July 16-25 at La Conner SeaSide Gallery ¡°Celebrate Skagit Art¡± Features Skagit Valley¡¯s Working Landscapes. Now in its 15th year, the popular "Celebrate Skagit Art " Show, sponsored by Skagitonians to Preserve Farmland, features a variety of media by 50 well-known local artists inspired by the Skagit Valley¡¯s working landscapes and lots of opportunity to learn more about the importance of protecting and preserving some of the world¡¯s best farmland. "Celebrate Skagit Art " opens Friday, July 16, 11 am ¨C 5 pm at La Conner Seaside Gallery, located at 112 Morris Street in La Conner. Hours on Saturday and Sunday, July 17 and 18 are 10 am ¨C 6 pm. The show continues for the next week, from 11am to 5 pm, Monday, July 19 - Sunday, July 25. The gallery is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be a reception for the artists and SPF members on July 17 from 6:30-8:30 at the gallery.
