Other methods that you can use include running a fan inside the home to improve overall ventilation, and repairing any cracks or small seams in the interior of your foundation to limit access to your home.

Outdoor Steps

Taking some outdoor steps is crucial if you want to suppress your centipede infestation for good. The first thing you need to do is clear away any type of debris that is located around the sides of your house. Items like stacks of wood, bricks, rocks, or leaves create an ideal breeding ground for centipedes. The last step that you can try is using a residual insecticide around the foundation of your home and the interior along the bottom of the wall where it joins the floor. Taking this step will greatly reduce your chances of ever seeing another centipede again.
