ONE YEAR• Get an eyebrow consultation to determine the best shape for you and a plan of action to achieve that look.
• Start a regular skin care routine, if you haven’t already. A basic regimen should consist of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing.
• Visit your dentist to get an idea of what work, if any, will be needed to achieve a winning smile.
SIX MONTHS• Choose a stylist to do your hair for the Big Day, preferably one who knows your style and whom you’ve worked with before. Don’t go to any new stylists until after your wedding.
TWO TO THREE MONTHS• Get your hair cut by your regular stylist. Don’t try anything too drastic.
• Start getting regular manicures (every four weeks) and pedicures (every six weeks) to get your nails in tip-top shape.
• Start using a teeth-whitening product, such as Nite White or Crest Whitestrips, to brighten your smile.
ONE WEEK• Deep-condition your hair, either at a salon or at home with a deep-conditioning product such as Nioxin’s Intense Therapy Hydrating Hair Masque.....
