The Better Business Bureau will not resolve complaints between you and a business they will simply report the information that you provide as public knowledge and require them to try to resolve your complaint or complaints. It would be best that you choose a company that is part of the Better Business Bureau and that you have looked up to establish that they are the kind of auto body shop that you would want to conduct business with.

Make sure that you always do your research when choosing an auto body shop to repair your vehicle. Don’t only check the Better Business Bureau. Have them show you the quality of work they produce. Also ask around to see if they have established a good reputation. Check to see if they have been in business for a while to establish credibility.
