Will Rogers World Airport has one terminal building, which serves many of the major domestic airlines. The one terminal building is divided into different levels, as the Baggage Claim is located on the ground level, the Ticketing and Departure area is on the second floor, and airport administration offices and other facilities are located on the top floor. The departures at Will Rogers World Airport are handled by the two concourses in the terminal building, which are the West and Central concourses. Recent renovations have been completed and the one terminal now has 17 gates and more facilities. The Baggage Claim area was also expanded during the renovation to keep up with the passenger demands. Will Rogers World Airport is easy to get to, as there are two interstate highways near the airport and is close to downtown Oklahoma City. Just east of the airport is the north and south running I-44 interstate right next to South Portland Avenue. To the north of the airport SW 54th Street is right next to the airport and leads to Terminal Drive, which is just off Airport Road and South Meridian Avenue. Oklahoma City can become congested during the morning and last afternoon rush hours so you should give yourself enough time to get to the airport when driving at these times.
To get to the airport from the north drive south on the I-35 interstate, US-77 Highway, or US-74 Highway and then join the I-44 interstate south and west and take the Airport Road exit (166B). Drive for about 1 mile and turn left onto South Meridian Avenue and continue driving until you reach the terminal.
To get to the airport from the south drive north on the I-44 interstate and take exit 116A heading west to SW 54th Street. After about 1 mile turn left onto South Meridian Avenue and continue driving until you reach the terminal.
To get to the airport form the east drive on Interstate I-240 and merge to the I-44 taking the 116A exit onto SW 54th Street. Turn left onto South Meridian Avenue and continue driving until you reach the terminal.
To get the to the airport from the west take the I-40 interstate heading towards Oklahoma City. Then take the 144 exit south onto South MacArthur Blvd. Take a left onto Airport Road and then a right onto South Meridian Avenue and continue driving until you reach the terminal.

There are many transportation options at Will Rogers World Airport. Getting to Oklahoma City from the airport is easy because it is only 6 miles away. The transportation options at the airport include public buses, public vans, hotel shuttles, taxis, and limousine services.
Buses are least expensive travel options from the airport to get to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. This local bus service is the Oklahoma City Metro Transit bus service. There are daily bus services to various parts of the city directly from the airport. There is the Jefferson Bus Company that travels to Lawton, Oklahoma and Wichita Falls Kansas. You can catch the buses from the Transportation Plaza, which is located just outside the Baggage Claim area.
There are also public vans that can meet your flights and take you to destinations around Oklahoma City. These public vans must be booked beforehand. The private shuttles that are available form the airport are the Airport Express, Metro Express, and the Marriot at the NCED. These shuttle services can be booked in advance and offer you door-to-door service from the airport.
Many of the hotels that are located near the airport, as well as some in Oklahoma City, offer courtesy shuttle buses. You should check with your hotel you are staying at beforehand to see if these shuttle buses are available. You can also get this information at the Traveler's Aid Information Desk, which is located in the Baggage Claim area.
There are many taxis available at the airport that can take you to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. The taxis can be caught from the Transportation Plaza, which is just outside the Baggage Claim area. The main taxis that service the airport are Yellow Cab, Checker Cab, and A-1 Taxi Service. The fares for the taxis are posted inside of the taxis but it is a good idea to get the fare amount to your destination from the driver ahead of time to avoid any misunderstandings.

There are also many places to get food and drink at the airport. Many of the eating and drinking establishments are located on the second floor and in both concourses. Will Rogers World Airport offers many options for parking. There is a pick-up and drop-off area right in front of the Arrivals and Departures area where people can wait in their cars for 10 minutes. There are garages with hourly rates right outside the terminal building, which is also where there is long-term parking areas are located. Currently there are 5,500 parking spaces at the airport but there are plans to build more parking areas with upcoming expansion plans. You can pay for car parking by cash, check, or credit cards as you exit from the parking areas.
Right outside the terminal at the airport there is the hourly parking garage. There is direct access to the terminal with walkways. Parking is paid by the hour and unless your stay is very short it can be one of the more expensive parking options. You can park for long stays and the first hour of parking in this parking garage is free.
Just to the north of the hourly parking garage is the daily parking garage. This is a 5 story parking facility that has elevators on each level. The garage's lower level is linked to the terminal building by an underground travelator.
The least expensive long term parking option at the airport are the two surface parking garages that are on each side of the daily parking garage. The west long-term garage is covered. There are courtesy shuttles that run regularly that can take you to the terminal form these parking areas.
Each of the parking areas at Will Rogers World Airport have parking spaces for the disabled. There are shuttle buses, which are wheelchair accessible, from the long-term parking areas to the terminal. There are also designated parking spaces that are at the drop off area just outside the entrance of the terminal. There are many accommodation options in Oklahoma City, which is very close to Will Rogers World Airport. The Downtown district of the city, which locals call "Bricktown", is where there are many reasonably priced hotels. This area also has many restaurants, clubs, bars, and live music venues.
