Winning Child Custody Battles Jonesboro GA

Child custody battles are perhaps the ugliest and nastiest part of any divorce. It does not help the fact that many judges seem to have a bias in awarding the children to the mother of the family. Historically there has been a precedent of this going on.

Child custody battles are perhaps the ugliest and nastiest part of any divorce. It does not help the fact that many judges seem to have a bias in awarding the children to the mother of the family. Historically there has been a precedent of this going on. Lately however this trend is starting to reverse as many mothers have full time jobs as well.

Many judges even admit to giving bias to the mothers of the family. There reasoning is that the mother is better equipped to give a nurturing environment that a father cannot provide.

However over time it has been proven that both parents can be a good parent to their children. Also, conversely both parents can be a bad influence on their children as well. There are numerous stories on the web or elsewhere where a parent has manipulated their children into fabricating stories of mental and physical abuse. This can put a severe mental strain on the children and is not the a proper way to influence any child in a negative way.

The effect that a father can have can be quite profound. How many of those in jail today were brought up without a good father figure to look up to. This is one of the effects that a biased court system can have on a society. Simply put sons need their father's to help them learn how to deal with life's problems.

However it is vital for every father to know the system and how to work it. Now this varies from each state but there are certainly some good guidelines to follow. Many other fathers have won custody of their children by the thoughtful advice of those that have gone before them.

What research you do can really make all the difference in winning your battle in court. A lawyer will only tell you so much as they have other cases to win and other battles to fight. If you have a limited budget then this can compound your problem as the lawyer is not there for charity and can only work on your case for a fixed amount of time. It is your responsibility then to be the most prepared person you can before you even enter the courtroom. The most prepared fathers are the fathers that win the custody of their children.

A biased judge should be removed from the court and given other court duties. It is vital for children to have a father figure in their lives in order to be a fully functional and successful member of society.

I would recommend to any father that the best way to fight a biased judge is to get the best advice that you can from those that have actually won their custody battle. If you have a support group of fathers in your area then this would be one place to start. There are many other resources you can turn to as well in order to deal with the bias in the court system.

Coping with child custody battles is a very tough and grueling event in anyone's life. However there are resources for those that need the help and one of these can be found at http://dealingwiththedivorce.com as it setup to help those deal with the trauma of divorce.
